These general conditions are applicable to the online purchase/sale of the products offered by ALCALÁ OLIVA SA through its website https://alcalaoliva.com/
The acquisition of any product through this website implies the acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this section

The Customer is identified through the data provided in the purchase form, being responsible for the truthfulness, updating and accuracy of these.
Description of products/services
On this website you can purchase the products manufactured and packaged by Alcalá Oliva: extra virgin olive oil, organic extra virgin olive oil, flavoured oils, vinegars and vinaigrettes in a wide variety of formats (carafes, cans, glass and single-dose). You can book the different tourist packages we offer (entrance to the oil museum, tastings, visit to the olive grove…)
To make purchases through our website, you can do so in two ways, as a registered user or as a guest.
As a registered user: To register you must complete the following form: account registration. When you register and create a user account, the system will be able to remember your data and speed up your purchase process, filling in certain fields automatically.
As a guest: You can also make your purchases without registering. When you fill in the billing / shipping information, in the last step before finishing the purchase, you will be offered the option to create a user account, based on the data provided in that form. In that case, you will have to enter a password for your new user account and an email will be sent to you with your new account information.
In any of the scenarios, in order to make a purchase, you will have to select your products, add them to the shopping cart and start the purchase process by following the steps. Once the payment has been verified, we will proceed to manage the shipment of your order and we will send you a confirmation and summary of your order to your email address.
Our services are aimed at adults.
The prices indicated are in euros and include all taxes. To these amounts it will be necessary to add the cost of the shipment expenses that correspond in each case.
– National shipments (peninsula): 5 ?. Free from 50 ?.
– International shipments (EU and Balearic Islands): 15 ?.

Forms of payment
You can pay through different modalities:
- Secure credit card payment: we accept VISA, Master Card and Maestro cards.
- Bank transfer.
We ship all over Spain except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Also to the countries of the European Union.
Orders placed and paid for will be processed the next day if it is a working day, if it is not a working day it will be processed the next working day.
A processed order is understood to be when it has been delivered to the carrier, at which point the transport time starts to count.
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days (peninsula) | 5-7 working days (rest of Europe and Balearic Islands).
It is recommended that the customer, before completing the purchase, check the accuracy of his order.
The customer may cancel the order placed, i.e. return it, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order and will be reimbursed the full amount including shipping costs. The right of withdrawal will not exist in accordance with the provisions of Article 103 Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws if the product has been unsealed.
To exercise the withdrawal, the client must communicate it in an irrefutable manner to ALCALÁ OLIVA SA by mail to PO Box 148, 23680 Alcalá la Real, Jaén or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can use the following form, although its use is not obligatory. Withdrawal form
In order to accept the return by withdrawal, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition, as well as retain all its accessories and documentation of origin. The article must be correctly packed for its return. You must return or deliver the products directly to our offices located at Ctra. A-339 km 50, 23680 Alcalá la Real, Jaén.
The customer must return the product to ALCALÁ OLIVA SA within 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw.
The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which the customer notified his intention to withdraw. The refund will be made by the same method of payment used for the purchase. The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received.
In Alcalá Oliva we want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase, so we check any possible defect in the products supplied to our customers.
All products are carefully packed and sent in excellent conditions. However, if your order contains a damaged item or there has been an error, you can, within 24 hours of receiving the order, notify us by calling 953 581 017, using the form or by sending an email to email@example.com of the incident so that we can replace the item as soon as possible. When the delivery of your order is made, you must check that everything is as requested.
If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, indicate it on the delivery note that the carrier will deliver.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days, without questions and without costs.
Modification of these conditions
ALCALÁ OLIVA SA may modify these conditions, so we recommend that the customer read them during each purchase process. The modifications will not have retroactive effects on purchases already made.
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Online consumer dispute resolution
According to Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform. Consumers can also make their complaints through this platform which is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
For the resolution of any dispute in connection with these terms and conditions the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts as provided by law.
