Ingredients: 100% extra virgin olive oil. Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
Tasting notes: green fruity, with herbaceous notes of olive leaf and tomato plant. Balanced, with
medium bitterness and pungency.
Serving suggestions: its flavour and aroma enrich and provide a balanced taste to any of your dishes. Ideally used raw in salads and on toasts, but it can be the final touch for soups, vegetables creams, meat, and fish.
Storage: store in a cool place, away from heat sources and protected from light.
