Delivery Options

• For mainland Spain: 3–5 business days.
• For all other areas: 7–10 business days.

Depending on the shipping carrier selected for your order (based on weight and destination), you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is in transit. If you do not receive it, you can contact us at info@alcalaoliva.com.
Please note that even if your order status appears as “Completed,” this does not mean that it has been delivered.

The shipping carrier will attempt to deliver the order to the recipient several times. If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to our facilities. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the order excluding any shipping costs incurred.
