Returns
Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw without needing to provide a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us unequivocally at info@alcalaoliva.com, stating the order number, products to be returned, and contact details. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using certified or tracked shipping.
Payments received (including, where applicable, standard shipping costs for the initial delivery) will be refunded within 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until you provide verifiable proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
If the product is defective or does not match the order, ALCALÁ OLIVA, S.A. will cover the costs of replacement or return. You must report the issue to info@alcalaoliva.com, including the order number, description, and photographic evidence of the defect or error. After verification, we will offer a refund where appropriate, replacement, or an equivalent solution at no cost to you.
Damage in transit: in the event of visible damage or suspected issues during transport, we recommend noting the reservation on the carrier’s delivery note at the time of delivery and reporting it within 24–48 hours to info@alcalaoliva.com with photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and product. This diligence facilitates the claim process with the carrier without prejudice to your legal rights as a consumer.
