Homenaje is a tribute to Early Harvest extra virgin olive oil, made from organically grown olives harvested under the watchful presence of the Fortress, sentinel and guide of our groves.

Tasting Notes. Intense green fruitness with a high presence of green olive. Complex on the nose, with pronounced aromas of olive leaf, freshly cut grass, and tomato plant. Notable for its harmony, complexity, and herbal nuances. A pleasant pungency appears, preceded by a subtle yet persistent bitterness.
