Inspired by the endless sea of olive trees that surround us, our founder, Santiago Pérez Anguita, designed this unique packaging – authentic inside and out – a true reflection of the olive from which our genuine extra virgin olive oil is extracted.

Homenaje is a tribute to Early Harvest extra virgin olive oil, made from organically grown olives harvested under the watchful presence of the Fortress, sentinel and guide of our groves.

Because the best can always be made even more extraordinary, we have created an exclusive collection of flavoured olive oils with surprising flavours, crafted solely with high-quality natural extract and aromas. We select a balsamic vinegar to complete a unique culinary experience.

Tasting Notes:
EVOO organic: intense green fruitness with a high presence of green olive. Complex on the nose, with pronounced aromas of olive leaf, freshly cut grass, and tomato plant. Notable for its harmony, complexity, and herbal nuances. A pleasant pungency appears, preceded by a subtle yet persistent bitterness.
White truffle: persistent and fragrant truffle aroma with its characteristic earthy flavor. Finishes with a light yet pleasant hint of bitterness and spice.
Garlic: distinct and intense garlic aroma with a refined and elegant touch on the palate.
Chili pepper: bold and fiery flavour with a lively, lingering heat.

Serving suggestions:
EVOO organic: its fullest expression is revealed when used raw. Just a few drops at the end are enough to enhance aromas, intensify flavors, and turn any dish into a true experience. Perfect for salads, meats, fish, pasta, vegetables, and creams.
Truffle: perfect for risotto, pasta, cheese, pizza, scrambled eggs, and meats.
Garlic: excellent on toast, pasta, chicken, prawns al pil-pil, and traditional Spanish recipes like gazpacho, salmorejo, ajoblanco and alioli.
Chili pepper: a perfect condiment for pizza, pasta, seafood, fresh cheese, vegetables, chicken, and grilled meats.
