Tasting Notes:
EVOO: green and fruity, with herbal tones reminiscent of olive leaf and tomato plant. Well balanced, with medium bitterness and pungency.
White truffle: persistent and fragrant truffle aroma with its characteristic earthy flavor. Finishes with a light yet pleasant hint of bitterness and spice.
Lemon:fresh and vibrant citrus aroma with subtle herbal notes and a slightly bitter finish.
Garlic: distinct and intense garlic aroma with a refined and elegant touch on the palate.
Chili pepper: bold and fiery flavour with a lively, lingering heat.
Balsamic vinegar: intense and complex bouquet with notes of wood, ripe fruit, and caramel. A harmonious balance between sweetness and acidity – smooth, lingering, and refined.
