Tasting notes: A complex aromatic profile of noble woods and cocoa from the balsamic vinegar, with hints of green fruitness. Smooth and sweet, resulting in a perfectly balanced product.

Serving suggestions: Ideal as a dressing for any type of salad. Pairs wonderfully with raw vegetables (such as crudités) or cooked dishes.

Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil (70%), balsamic vinegar (30%) (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must [contains SULFITES], colour E150d).

Storage: keep at room temperature, away from light and heat.
