Tasting Notes:
EVOO: green fruity, with herbaceous notes of olive leaf and tomato plant. Balanced, with medium bitterness and spiciness.
Truffle: persistent and fragrant truffle aroma with typical earthy flavor. At the end on the palate, a slight but pleasant bitterness and spiciness is appreciated.
Garlic: characteristic garlic aroma, intense and with an elegant kick on the palate.
Hot chili pepper: intense and spicy flavor.

Consumption Suggestions:
EVOO: its flavor and aroma enrich and provide a balanced taste to any of your dishes. Ideal for raw use in salads, toasts and the final touch for soups, creams, meats and fish.
Truffle: perfect for risotto, pasta, cheese, pizza, scrambled eggs and meats.
Garlic: toasts, pasta, chicken, gambas al pil-pil and typical Spanish dishes: gazpacho, salmorejo, ajoblanco and alioli.
Hot chili pepper: ideal condiment for pizzas, dishes, gulas, prawns, fresh cheeses, vegetables, chicken and barbecued meats.

Extra virgin olive oil: superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical procedures.
Truffle-flavored oil: extra virgin olive oil (99.5%), natural aroma (0.5%).
Garlic-flavored oil: extra virgin olive oil (98.5%), natural garlic aroma (1.5%).
Hot chili pepper-flavored oil: extra virgin olive oil (98%), natural hot chili pepper extract (2%).
